What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means from the day you receive the item, you have 7 days to start a return or request a replacement.

- Customer MUST have proof of purchase before return or exchange can be started.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once item is receive by us, the refund or exchange will be issued.
When will I get my order?
- Because our products are handmade, we build and ship all our products within 2-10 business days, but expect delivery within 5-14 business days after we receive your order.

All our products are handcrafted in a small wood shop in the USA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
